Born and raised in Northwest Indiana, I discovered my passion for music at a young age. After five years of freelancing, I decided to launch Girls of Chaos, a comprehensive promotional company that specialized in social media management, artist interviews, and concert promotions. In an effort to bring audiences the latest and greatest music, we poured many hours into supporting and encouraging local Chicago talent. I spent over a decade devoted to artist promotions working with both national acts and local musicians alike. Having relocated to the Raleigh/Durham area from the thriving music mecca that is Chicago, I found myself searching for an extensive guide to the local music scene, and the idea for Continuing the Chaos was born. I have since expanded to include brand support for creators and artists at various stages of their development.
I sometimes pinch myself because this is my job- I love every part of it. I feel so fortunate to be able to work with such creative, talented, passionate individuals. When I was young, I remember putting together mix tapes. [yeah, I dated myself a bit here with that reference] I always thought everyone was as passionate about music as I am. It was completely normal to listen to music 16-18 hours of your day-every activity had a playlist.
